Orders placed are despatched within 48 hours of the order being placed providing there are no stock issues. You can expect to receive your parcel within 2-3 working days after it has been posted. Returns

If you are dissatisfied with your order once you receive it, we will be happy to exchange your item/s for something more suitable within 14 days providing the item/s are in the original condition with all tags attached. Goods must be returned at the expense of the purchaser, however shipping of replaced item/s is complimentary. The same applies with unsuitable gifts. Alternatively you can return the goods for a refund (excluding shipping). All sales become final after 14 days.

Exceptions

• All clearance items are considered a final sale and are not able to be exchanged or replaced.
• All sale items are non-refundable but can be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
